My grandpa has been in this home for a month. I feel like the staff knows everyone there very well and treats the residents very kindly. Organizational matters sometimes don't run smoothly. But I'd rather have paperwork or something like that neglected than the human interaction. Unfortunately, there are staff shortages in these areas almost everywhere, so I prefer the focus to be on engaging in conversations with the people.

So far, I've only had positive experiences with the staff at the entrance and during the rapid tests, as well as with the nursing staff. I would recommend anyone who needs to take their family there. 👍🏼
