It's definitely worth taking your child to play at this place, it's comfortable and safe. The women at the reception are always nice and polite. Clean and organized bathrooms, and there's a machine to enjoy coffee quietly. 👍🏼😊

Play area - better not. Little kids get lost there - older kids are disappointed because there's no space available. There are nice offers and friendly staff. Unfortunately, there are no courses for working parents, and the office only opens at 9:00 AM, so there's not even a chance to call before work during the week. The play area is also too small and too crowded. Additionally, parents mostly sit at the table on their phones; one mother was reading and actually had noise-canceling headphones on. The staff does not intervene here. Consequently, I was only busy preventing older kids from running over my little niece. The toddler toys available for borrowing were very few and in poor condition. The staff member also apologized for that. I won't be going back to the play area since it's usually too crowded, and you end up with a disappointed child anyway.

I visited the facility with my two-year-old son. He was really looking forward to playing in the play area, but we were told that it was already full. I completely understand safety rules and capacity limits and respected that. However, when my son had a severe tantrum because he desperately wanted to play, I politely asked the staff if they could let him in for a few minutes - just so he could calm down, as he doesn't understand at that age why he can't go in. Unfortunately, my request was strictly denied - without compassion, without understanding, without an alternative offer or even a kind word. I wished for more humanity and empathy in this situation - especially when dealing with small children. The incident was very stressful for both of us. I hope that the staff will be better prepared for such sensitive situations in the future.
