I was just at the Rotthausen weekly market (fruit/vegetables, fish, butcher, potatoes/eggs, flowers). It's perfectly adequate for our part of town, and the vendors offer a wide range.

On Wednesday, August 17th, 2022, there was a small event on Ernst Käsemann-Platz, to which everyone was warmly invited. This was from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It was about information for people with walkers, how do I use them, how do I get on the bus with them, ride the course at the police station. Technician ambassadors, questions and answers, and many other care services, help in the household where can I get information. I thought it was very well done, our mayor, Ms. Karin Welge, was also there.

The market is small, but all the vendors are super nice and very friendly, especially Andreas and his family, who are long-standing members of the market, deserve special mention.

There's a small market here on Saturdays where Andy and Hermann also offer a first-class selection of sausages and cheeses.
