Many teachers are really nice. Some teachers, on the other hand, are downright rude. I was told I'm a bad influence on other people, yeah right. I've been here since 1.9.22. The teachers in the training are super nice. The teachers in the vocational preparation are super rude and put students down.

I've been at this school for over 2 years now and have only had good experiences. The teachers are always there for you, whether it's about school or personal problems. They want everyone to have a successful future and do their best to support the students accordingly.

As a Ukrainian refugee: I come to the vocational college at Goldberg hoping for good education and a fresh start in Germany? But what I find is very different and sad. First, the school looks very old and uninviting! The building is gray and sad; I don't feel welcome, outside there's no nice place for breaks, everything looks broken and unkempt. The teachers here are also a problem - they are not friendly to me and don't understand my situation as a refugee. I'm trying to speak and learn German, but they have no patience and often make annoyed faces when I speak. I feel alone and unsupported! Worse is that I often have problems with other students - from the first day; they bully me, hit me, and threaten me: I'm scared to go to school every day. Once they took my money and phone, and no one helps me; I feel very insecure and helpless. I thought school should be a safe place where I can learn and grow! But the vocational college at Goldberg is a place of fear for me. Very sad and disappointed that such a place exists where there is no respect and safety for refugees like me.

Rude secretaries, teachers who don't grade fairly. Teachers who think it's a shame that certain students are doing a specialized high school diploma. From my perspective, I firmly believe that this opinion represents not just a few individuals but the whole school. I've compared exams from last year, and you can clearly see that the material has become much harder.

What I particularly like about the school is that there are sufficient educational paths available and there's something for everyone. I also think it's great that the teachers at the school make their lessons varied and are very understanding. Of course, every school has its pros and cons. This is nothing unusual, and you can find a solution for everything.
