Intercultural Language Café in Horst: Learn German together and speak more confidently
On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the Horst neighborhood library invites women to the Intercultural Language Café. From 09:30 to 11:30 AM, the free offering combines practical language practice, understandable grammar, and personal exchange in an open event atmosphere.
German for Everyday Life
The focus is on oral communication. Participants practice typical situations from daily life, expand their vocabulary, and gain more confidence when speaking. An experienced language teacher also thoroughly and understandably explains grammatical contexts.
Learning in a Relaxed Environment
The Horst neighborhood library creates a calm and locally accessible setting for the event experience. Conversations, questions, and joint practice promote a supportive atmosphere among the participants. The language café is aimed at women who want to learn German and actively use their skills in everyday situations.
Cooperation for Linguistic Participation
The program is organized in cooperation with Department 47 - Immigration and Integration and the Municipal Integration Center as well as the Diaconal Work of Gelsenkirchen/Wattenscheid. The collaboration connects local organizations, professional language support, and low-threshold integration work.
