When children experiment with bright colors, special family moments filled with wonder, curiosity, and children's laughter are created. The course Practice makes perfect… invites children aged 3 to 6 years on October 10, 2026, to the Art School Gelsenkirchen to collect their first experiences with painting and crafting.

Colors, shapes, and a lot of imagination

With cheerful colors, oil pastels, and watercolors, the little participants discover different ways of artistic expression. Whether with brushes or fingers: Each child is allowed to try out materials, leave traces, and develop their own ideas. This age-appropriate learning experience strengthens creativity and brings joy to independent creation.

Creative crafting with paper and fabric

Colorful paper, scissors, and glue open up a varied crafting world. In collages and small material experiments, children connect colors, shapes, and structures. The child-friendly work playfully supports fine motor skills, concentration, and trust in their own abilities.
