KuKiKi: Festive creative fun for children in Gelsenkirchen
When colors shine, paper rustles, and special artworks emerge from small ideas, a creative family experience begins at the art kiosk. At KuKiKi – Art kiosk with children, children aged 5 and up will create their own works focused on Christmas and Advent on November 7, 2026.
Crafting and painting for the Advent season
The day's theme combines festive anticipation with child-friendly creativity. While crafting and painting, children discover various design options, develop their own ideas, and experience how personal artworks can emerge from simple materials. This strengthens imagination, fine motor skills, and the joy of independent exploration.
Age-appropriate learning fun with colors and shapes
KuKiKi is aimed at children aged 5 and up and creates space for an age-appropriate learning experience. Curiosity, development, and the courage to follow one's own paths are at the center. Children are allowed to experiment, make decisions, and make their ideas visible – a valuable approach to art and cultural education.
Quality time at the art kiosk
The two-hour creative event offers families an inspiring break from everyday life. Children's laughter, focused creation, and the shared wonder over finished pictures make the morning a special time together. The art kiosk becomes a protected space for encounters, learning fun, and creative discoveries.
Important information for families
The children's workshop takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the art kiosk at Nordring 33 in Gelsenkirchen-Buer. The participation fee is 10 euros. For information, the telephone number 0209 / 9332 929 is available.
