Discovering Fossils: An Exciting Journey into Prehistory

How is a fossil formed? Did fossils really once live? In this child-friendly parent-child offer, children aged 4 to 7 years old dive alongside their parents into the fascinating world of Earth's history. Wonder, questions, research, and creating themselves combine for a special family experience in Gelsenkirchen.

Curiosity on the Trail

Fossils tell stories from a long-ago time. Together, children and parents explore exciting questions: What are fossils, how are they formed, and when did the plants or animals live? The age-appropriate teaching makes complex topics understandable and fosters joy in discovery.
