Your Mothers celebrate 25 years of comedy with the best from two decades
When three gentlemen in black pants enter a church, it does not automatically result in a sermon. At YOUR MOTHERS, a two-hour comedy show begins with quirky songs, absurd sketches, and punchlines that ignite faster than an overzealous office copier.
The Best of for the Anniversary
On October 8, 2026, Andi Kraus, Don Svezia, and Matze Weinmann will bring their program Pearls Before Swine to the Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche in Gelsenkirchen. The trio has been performing together since 1999, merging stand-up, musical comedy, cabaret, and physical situational comedy into an unmistakable laughter experience.
For the anniversary program, YOUR MOTHERS have compiled the hottest acts from 25 years of mother entertainment work. The journey includes a medieval market, the GEMA office, and Captain Laminating Device's ship. Sounds like a normal business trip? Only if the business trip is organized by three comedians with a very unique concept of personal hygiene.
Punchlines with Tempo, Music, and Maximum Stage Presence
The secret recipe lies in the precise timing and the visible joy of performance of the trio. Songs, sketches, interaction, and surprising role changes intertwine while the comedy atmosphere builds up from minute to minute. The audience's reactions typically range from surprised giggles to a collective rolling on the floor laughing.
With several thousand performances in Germany and abroad, as well as over 70 million YouTube clicks, it’s clear how wide the fan base of this comedy dream team has grown. Those who know YOUR MOTHERS only from the internet will now experience the three live and in color. For those who have already seen them live, it’s well known: These gentlemen rarely come without encore and never without a new quirky idea.
A Comedy Show for Multiple Generations
The show combines cheeky observations, musical gags, and grotesque everyday scenes. A humor style emerges that consciously brushes against the boundaries of good taste, waves cheerfully, and then keeps going. A short recovery break in the second half is also part of the program – including a remarkable display of Don Svezia's scars.
Conclusion: Laugh Live Instead of Just Sharing Clips
Pearls Before Swine offers YOUR MOTHERS in their concentrated best: an anniversary program full of cult numbers, quirky music, physical comedy, and surprising punchlines. Anyone wanting to experience the unique rhythm of this trio should not miss the comedy show at the Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche. Live, this laughter experience unfolds its full effect – including communal laughter and at least one act that will definitely be talked about the next day.
