Bodo Wartke brings Gelsenkirchen to the Miracle Point

When a printer suddenly undergoes an identity crisis and a tongue-twister evolves into a musical performance sport, Bodo Wartke is at the piano. On Sunday, October 11, 2026, the highly awarded musical cabaret artist will perform his seventh piano cabaret program Miracle Point at the Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche in Gelsenkirchen.

Language Wit with Rhythm

Wartke combines stand-up, musical cabaret, and virtuosic piano playing into a comedic experience with its own unique sound. His punchlines don't just land – they hit rhythmically precise. Everyday mishaps, social hot topics, and seemingly innocuous sayings are transformed into rhymed miniatures, absurd stories, and musical surprises.

Tongue-Twister Slam instead of Language Stagnation

The focus is on fine linguistic wit, surprising rhyme culture, and word-acrobatic tongue-twisters. Wartke escalates well-known children's rhymes, develops tongue-twisters into short anarchic stories, and serves them as rap, chanson, or fast-paced piano pieces. The Cajon adds to this: an instrument that will likely have more to say that evening than some printers in the office.

Miracle Point with Virtuosic Stage Presence

For over 25 years, Bodo Wartke has delighted audiences with his self-composed songs and intelligent entertainment. His comedic atmosphere thrives on precise timing, musical versatility, and direct interaction with the audience's thoughts. The program observes the interaction with fine sensitivity and transforms habits into pointed stage moments.

An Evening for Fans of Clever Cabaret

Miracle Point shines a light on the absurd details of everyday life, finding great linguistic artistry within. Between piano, Cajon, rap, and rhymed stories, a vibrant mix of concert, cabaret, and stand-up emerges. Those who appreciate humor with sophistication, musical precision, and surprising punchlines will experience a night with a special resonance at the Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche.

Conclusion: Bodo Wartke delivers musical cabaret, word acrobatics, and virtuosic piano playing with high stage energy in Gelsenkirchen. If you want to experience the Miracle Point not just on paper but live, it’s best to secure a ticket in good time.
